Great Service I was losing tire pressure in my left front tire so I stopped by BMW of FAIRFAX service to get it checked. As I suspected, I had a nail puncture. I didn’t have an appointment and feared I would have to wait forever. However, that wasn’t the case. I was in and out in about hour which I thought was great. My service advisor is a young man and he was great. His name is Lucas. He was very pleasant and kept me informed so I appreciate that. I will specifically ask for him in the future. More

It seems more like a "car hospital" than anything. The admittance area is quick, easy to use and clean. The SAs are fast to get you checked in, and explain the process. Initially, i received a shuttle ride to my office. After the oil leak was found I was told promptly that the repair would take longer than expected, but Danika Edwards, who is fantastic, reserved a loaner car for me - a brand new X1 with about 1K miles. My car was repaired by the following day and they gave me a complimentary car wash. Excellent service and a fantastic crew at BMW of Fairfax! More
