BMW of Fairfax

BMW Fairfax is traditionally known as the number 1 dealer in the tri-state area and one of the reasons is the professionalism of the service representatives. I don't know anything about cars so I must have in the tri-state area and one of the reasons is the professionalism of the service representatives. I don't know anything about cars so I must have confidence in my service rep and rely on his expertise and honesty. I hear horror stories from friends who go to other dealers and the size of their bills due to unnecessary work. Mark Stout is my service rep and he takes care of my car as if the car is his, I have a senior citizen car but when Mark suggests repairs for safety driving (not cosmetic), I feel secure that I he is doing the right thing for me. I have been with BMW Fairfax for a long time and I have gone through 4 service representatives all of whom I believed in; but Mark, by far, is the best. Everytime I call for an appointment, I am always afraid that Mark has been pirated by other dealers, the way my other 4 representatives were. More
