I was assigned Frankie Johnson as my SA. It took her over an hour to get back to me on what needed to be done. She wouldn’t give me a loaner as she said none were available. after complaining, she told me th an hour to get back to me on what needed to be done. While I was at the dealership, I noticed there were several loaners available and brought this up. Frankie said they were all reserved for the next week. I guess my $1k of service wasn’t enough for her despite the inconvenience for me. I’ll take my business to passport from now on. More

In 45 years of owning vehicles I have never had a more pleasant experience in dealing with a service manager. I met with David to discuss periodic service and he was very attentive to my needs and walked pleasant experience in dealing with a service manager. I found a car online at BMW of Fairfax I liked, right year, color, mileage and near my price range. I sent an online inquiry of its availability and Fernando White reached out to me and stated the car w year, color, mileage and near my price range. I made an appointment to see the car at 4:30pm and he further text me that he would have the car pulled up and ready. After driving 26 miles to get there I found out the car was not there and was out on loan. This dealership is so focused on get customers onsite to try and put customers they are willing to lie. Trying to put me in another car which that was not the subject of my search is pointless. So after such a misrepresentation of the truth. All I could do is walk out. Most dealerships are not worth the customer's time and most sales reps are worst than politicians. They are so desperate that honesty and integrity is nonexistent these days. I have no issues with the BMW brand but I do not recommend BMW of Fairfax and definitely don't answers calls or make plans to buy from Fernando White. The sad part to me this would likely been their easiest sale if the day. As I had already made up my mind to purchase at the price listed. I would never buy a car from this BMW Dealership. More
