I will give zero if I can. I has an appointment and went there to see the preowned BMW. The car was not even there to be seen. The car is at body shop getting repaired and can not be seen the day I had an there to see the preowned BMW. The car was not even there to be seen. I leased a BMW X4 back in 2019 from this dealership. I returned the car a couple of months early due to used car prices going up. After returning the car in Sept and paying all the amount that I owed incl returned the car a couple of months early due to used car prices going up. After returning the car in Sept and paying all the amount that I owed including property taxes I get another bill with more property taxes from Oct to this coming December even though I do not have the car anymore! Also last year they charged me for a parking ticket that I disputed and probably was going to get dismissed. This dealership literally emptied my bank account. I will never ever return to this place again. More
I have been to many dealers over the past 24 years in the DC area. and BMW of Fairfax has in the last year or so that I have used their service dept been the best I have ever experienced. Going to have to give this BMW service location a whopping 1 stars. From the moment that service bay door comes rocking up like the speed of light, prepare yourself. All eyes on you, like a vulnerable baby deer in headlights of oncoming 495 morning traffic. You’re defeated! As expected the recommended and critical items will be explained in the attempt to persuade me into completing all work when coming in for a simple oil change. 3 hours later and “3 critical oil leaks” while my home garage shows no signs of leakage over the last 5 years, they still have the audacity to offer a $4,000 discounted price for the repairs. As if that wasn’t enough you still attempt the old “stripped drain bolt “ trick. Less then a mile down the road all tire pressure lights came on, over the next two days the tires continued loosing air. When all else fails they'll loosen your valve steams. Mike Walker's attitude; I'd compare it to a nuclear reactor! Keep it proactive not reactive boss! Remember every problem has a solution. Not the experience I was looking for. More

I was assigned Frankie Johnson as my SA. It took her over an hour to get back to me on what needed to be done. She wouldn’t give me a loaner as she said none were available. after complaining, she told me th an hour to get back to me on what needed to be done. She wouldn’t give me a loaner as she said none were available. after complaining, she told me there was a shuttle service to mosaic. It ended up taking another two hours to have the service done. While I was at the dealership, I noticed there were several loaners available and brought this up. Frankie said they were all reserved for the next week. I guess my $1k of service wasn’t enough for her despite the inconvenience for me. I’ll take my business to passport from now on. More
