I will look into the experience you had with our body shop. It is important for me to explain that we do not have any agreement with any insurance company that would result in "getting one over" (I paraphrased) on the little guy. BMW of Fairfax is the only BMW dealership in the DC Metro area with it's own body shop. Cars are sent here from all over for this very reason. We are only authorized to do the repairs that the insurance companys adjustor authorizes. If the adjustor determines that a part was damaged or missing, but not caused by the accident; they will not authorize the work to be preformed. When this happens, you must appeal the decision directly with the insurance company. This is true for every body shop. Please feel free to contact me directly if I can be of any additional assistance. Sincerely, Paul H. Blakeman Sales Manager BMW of Fairfax

Don't be scared off by the other reviews on here. They gave me a great deal on my new BMW, took care of me very quickly both in signing the papers and in showing me how all the features on my car worked. More

Thank you for your kind words and understanding. When business is bustling, it is sometimes difficult to give all our clients all the attention we would like. In today's market place, it's better to be busy than bored. We will always endevour to provide our clients with the highest level of service while maintaining very competitive pricing. I'd like to think the reason we have continued to stay busy and out pace the market, is due in part to taking care of you and all of our valued clients. Again, Thank you. Paul H. I regret that things did not go smoothly for you here at BMW of Fairfax. All things being equal, price is usually the easiest part of the transaction. There was obviously some miscommunication, and you have my appology for that. If there is anything I can do for you in the future, please let me know personally. Best regards, Paul H. Preventive maintenance should be done at intervals taking both age and mileage into account. Part prices and labor rates will vary between service departments and independent mechanics, as will the warranty coverage on work preformed. Automobile belts will often last for a while after wear indicators appear. It is generally considered prudent to replace such items when they show signs of fatigue, even if they may last a while longer. In your case, alot longer. "An ounce of prevention....." Getting a second opinion is a good idea when maintaining or repairing an older car. I hope your BMW 328i is still running running like a champ. If I may be of any assistance in the future, feel free to contact me directly. Sincerely, Paul H. Blakeman sales Manager BMW of Fairfax 703.560.2300
