Takes care of their/BMW customers I was very impressed by the service at BMW of Eugene. Unfortunately, I did not buy my CPO last December at this dealership (I will next time), but the I was very impressed by the service at BMW of Eugene. Unfortunately, I did not buy my CPO last December at this dealership (I will next time), but they took care of me in a way that seems to be a rarity. Despite BMW denying an issue that should have been covered under warrenty, they honored it anyway and did the minor repair with no charge to me. Not only have they earned my respect, they saved my impression of BMW. I do love my car, and the service here really was reputable and excellent, as I would expect a BMW dealership should be. More

Small part replacement Sometime in June a portion of exterior strip molding disappeared from the side of my 1999 BMW and BMW of Eugene was able to replace it within just a f Sometime in June a portion of exterior strip molding disappeared from the side of my 1999 BMW and BMW of Eugene was able to replace it within just a few days of my phone call. The wait time (one hour) for the work to be done was a little too long but was very forgivable as the total cost of the work was s substantially less than the quoted phone estimate. Thank you BMW of Eugene for the happy ending. More

Big recall hastle. I took my car in for an airbag recall, but when I got it back, the horn didn't work. I called to get it fixed, but when I came in they didn't have a loaner available and said I was supposed to ask for one. I didn't ask for one before, and my husband said they always asked him if he needed one when he would make appointments. I was there because they messed something up and they didn't seem to care whatsoever. They said I could get me dropped off somewhere or come in several days later. I was already feeling unsafe without a horn, but they didn't care. I'm just sitting here for who knows how long while they 'diagnose' what's wrong with it. Terrible, uncaring service. More
Oil change We had a service at 21,700 miles. Were told we need new tires soon. Not good news at only 21,700 miles. A warning light came on as we reached home. S We had a service at 21,700 miles. Had to take it tight back to dealer. Not a great car wash on the outside. Rubber mats ahold have been washed as well. More
