Pierre answered my email quickly (I went through USAA Car Buying Service) and we went the same day, he had the vehicle ready to go, answered our questions, alleviated a few of our concerns, and he was a pleasure to work with. Same for Jeannie, the finance manager, she was a delight. We could tell that we were genuinely appreciated. Fast forward to a couple of weeks later, we returned to the service center to have some improvements done that we had purchased with the car, and Hector was not only helpful, he kept in communication with us and just had an awesome, happy attitude. It's really clear that BMW of Escondido runs like a family-owned business because they are a family-owned business, their employees were far and away the best we dealt with during our car buying search this month.
