The Dealership is both friendly and clean. John Coons is my Service Advisor and has been so for about the past 6 years. I'm on my second 7Series and John has taken care of both. He is always friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. My appointment is always acknowledged and my vehicle ready as promised. I almost always wait for my vehicle since John gets me in and out in 2 hours or less. I use the Internet lounge and work on my laptop while waiting for my vehicle. I would continue using John's great services. He is a real asset to the dealership. If he transferred to another dealer, I would follow him within a 2 hour drive. I highly recommend John to anyone who is looking for a truly great Service Advisor. More

I had an emergency with my M3 convertible. The top had a part break off, so I needed to have the car seen immediately. I called Michael in the morning and he had me come over within 2 hours.
