Great dealership. Everything is pretty straight forward. We drove 80 miles one way to buy the new X3. We bought 328i from them 3 years ago and the level of service still unchanged. The only problem, they are pretty far from us however, with the bad treatment from closest dealers, it's worth a drive. Thank you John for making us sticking with our beloved brand, BMW. We almost bought Audi Q5 but glad we gave BMW X3 a test drive. It's a perfect for small family. Regards -Azri- More

Cliff was very helpful, he went above and beyond to take care of the details. When he realized that I could not come back to the dealership to pick up some things I forgot, he took it upon himself to drive care of the details. You could tell that he cared about making a long term client that just a one term deal and I think he succeeded in doing that. More
