Good experience Frank Garcia is a very good salesperson. When we first met, he had only been a few days on the job, and so wasn't entirely up to speed on the product line, but when I took delivery of my vehicle he was on top of his game. I have no complaints with either Mr Garcia or BMW of Escondido -- this was my first time dealing with Mr Garcia but it's my third car from BMW of Escondido and I'm a happy owner. I've dealt with sales, service, and (oops!) the body shop and they're all professional and top of the line. More

Engine oil leak I was told by the technician that I have two leaks coming from the filter housing assembly and to the valve cover. And it cost me almost a thousand to I was told by the technician that I have two leaks coming from the filter housing assembly and to the valve cover. And it cost me almost a thousand to fix it. The next day I picked up my car and was told the leaks was fixed but the next morning I saw two oil drips on the deck of my garage. So I called the service department and got an appointment and took the car. I was told it’s only residual oil and they cleaned it real good and was told that the engine was kept running for two hours when they replaced the gasket on those two places that’s leaking and found no leaks. Took the car home again. Next morning there’s drips again on the deck of my garage so I called them again and took the car back. This time I was told that I have another leaks in the oil pan and I was told I will be given a discount if I decided to get it fix for driving back and forth so many times. I told Harry why do I have to pay when I paid already to fix the leaks which you haven’t done yet. I was told it is another leaks and not found the first time they look at it. So if not this one it’s that one, then if there’s a leak again it’s that one. Is this a guessing game to make money of the customer. So I decided just to take my car with out getting the leak fix. More

Oil leak I have an oil leak in my 2009 bmw 328i and I received a flier that Escondido service has free clinic so I made an appointment and took the car. I was I have an oil leak in my 2009 bmw 328i and I received a flier that Escondido service has free clinic so I made an appointment and took the car. I was told that I have two leaks coming from the oil housing gasket and valve cover gasket, which cost me $957.84. But the next day after I took my car home I saw some drops of oil on the deck of my garage. So I called the service andd let them know that leaks still exist and make an appointment. I was told this time that the leaks is residual and this time it was clean real good (but not the first time). Huh! After a week I saw some drops of oil again on the deck of my garage, so I called them again and got an appointment the next day. This time I was told that the leaks is coming from the oil pan gasket and they are charging me again and asked them why, for they did not fixed my concern when I took the car the first time. I was told it is different leaks and they fixed the top first. This the words coming from Harris Fecher. So I told him I’ll not let them fix it and to put the car back and drove home. I never learned with this service department. When my car have free oil change for 4 years warranty, there is one time that I took the car to them and the next morning a big paddle of oil all over my garage deck Got my car towed back to the service department and was told that a pinched gasket causes the leaks. It cause me half day to clean my garage. And now here again if not this one, it’s that one and it will cost you. More
