I ordered a new tire and they replaced it for me and performed an alignment (great deal). Michael was also accommodating with my schedule, which I really appreciated. Try to trick customer into unnecessary repairs A coolant hose on my car bursted when I was driving, and since it was a Saturday the tow truck towed my car to the BMW Escondido dealership since it w A coolant hose on my car bursted when I was driving, and since it was a Saturday the tow truck towed my car to the BMW Escondido dealership since it was the only place opened on Saturday. After they charged me A TON to replace the hose (twice as much as what it should be), they claimed that my engine was overheating because there was steam coming out of the engine, and the cylinder head gasket might be bad. They wanted to charge me $650 for a simple compression test and leak down test, and potentially couple grands to replace the head gasket. I declined because the logic and the price made no sense at all, and they suggested that if I drove my car it might cause further engine damage. I towed my car from the dealership to the Indy shop I usually go to, and it turned out that my car was fine. The steam was coming from the coolant residue on the radiator heating up and evaporating, and there was no sign of the engine overheating at all even after he drove it really hard. And the owner charged me nothing for the diagnosis. It is a really good and reputable indy shop with the honest people. If anyone want the info of this indy shop in San Diego to repair your German cars, feel free to contact me and I will let you know the name of the shop. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ANY SERVICES OR REPAIRS!!! All they want is your $$$ but not to actually take care of the cars you love! More
