Hector Analista is doing a fantastic job as my advisor! He kept me appraised of my repairs which were delayed due to supply chain issues. I felt he and his team made sure I was well taken care of. Please reconsider buying a car from this dealership. I have been saving my money and looking for a particular model for months. I left a deal at a a dealership in Murrieta because this lot had the color a have been saving my money and looking for a particular model for months. I left a deal at a a dealership in Murrieta because this lot had the color and specific model that I had been looking for. I was extremely excited to finally buy the car that I had been working so hard to get. I was helped by Joe and Moby on Saturday throughout my process and they were very great and helpful. They made the process easy and hassle free. The issue that arose was when I was supposed to pick up the car on the following Monday. The loan had already been approved and all of the paperwork was finalized. I was told that they were able to take a personal check and could hold it for 30 days before cashing it but it somehow became a problem on the day I went to get the car. I knew that I didn't have the best credit and that's why I saved up enough cash to pay half of the vehicle upfront. The car I was getting is 60k so it took some time to save the amount In needed. Joe asked me to wait in one of the offices while they discussed my options and I could over hear their sales manager who I later found out was named Bret laughing and telling the other employees about my personal information. He was making jokes about my information and would tell it to any other employee who entered the room as if I was some type of joke. He used words like "xxxx" and "horrible" to describe me to the other employees. I asked Joe if I had time to back out of the deal and as I began to walk away Bret stopped me and talked to me in an aggressive and demeaning manor telling me that they don't have to hold my car but they are doing me a favor as if I should consider myself to be lucky. I was there ready to spend thousands of dollars and with the treatment I received it made me not want to ever buy a BMW. I left the dealership and I called to ask Brets name. Thankfully Moby called me and was willing to help out. He notified one of the head managers and Peter called me personally to figure out what was going on. I was expecting him to be apologetic for the treatment I received from one of his employees and I thought that he would be willing to help me out in order to keep my service but that was not the case. Instead he added to how they don't have to hold the car for me but that they were making an acceptation for me. Then he stated "I don't know what happened with Bret I've known him for years, he's a nice guy and has always treated me great". This just showed me that he didn't care or believe anything that I had to say. Instead of apologizing he tried to reassure me that I was wrong and inform me how great Bret treated him. I was not the only person in the dealership there trying to buy a car but I was the only person there being treated like crap and I was the only person receiving the attitude from this xxxxxxx. I don't know if it had to do with my age, my race or because I'm not in the same socioeconomic status as most of their customers but it still doesn't make it right. Its sad to see that this dealership treats their customers like this and when I tried to speak up about it and file a complaint I was told "we don't really have a way for you to file a complaint but instead we try to squash it before it gets too big". so in other words instead of reprimanding their employees to treating paying customers like xxxx we try to brush it under the rug so I don't have to correct my employees behavior. even after this xxxxty day the only person who apologized was Moby in finance and he did nothing wrong throughout this entire ordeal. Hopefully this review is helpful and will help people reconsider buying from this dealership in the future. This would've been my 8th car that I have owned and I have never been treated so bad from anyone else. These two individuals were rude and extremely disrespectful. I hope that the owner of the dealership will read this and find out how their employees treat their customers who are there to purchase their vehicles. More
