Great Team and Service I bought my BMW in Vista. So usually have my service done there. But Thursday there was a huge rainstorm and I was on the freeway in Escondido and my I bought my BMW in Vista. So usually have my service done there. But Thursday there was a huge rainstorm and I was on the freeway in Escondido and my tire caught a nail. Wasn't planning a productive or dry day at that point. Luckily The BMW Dealership was close by I called and they said come on and we can help you. Everybody was very courteous. Hector Analista was my service person. Happy and funny and quickly had me set. Being that I'm not a customer there I thought I would have to wait but they gave me a car to use and I got to work on time for a meeting. Picking up was just as easy and everyone I encountered were courteous and happy to be there! I made a point to go over and thank Hector. I didn't know they hadn't sold out to Auto Nation and were still family owned and operated It showed in many details and service. I plan to go back to Escondido for future service AND to buy my next BMW later this year More
