BMW of Escondido Service Department Hector and the service team did an outstanding job servicing my 2018 BMW i3. They did an unbelievable job detailing the car also. When you give out a loaner don't ask the customer to bring back the car with the same amount of gas you left with. I don't buy gas. My car is electric. Let me use an electric loaner and I'll bring it back fully charged :-) As a 24 year military veteran I spent half of it going to war over oil. As a nation we need to get off fossil fuels.
