I had a scheduled service at this dealership. I recently moved to the area from Murrieta CA. Brent told me that the prices at their dealership were the lowest. Later Brent called and wanted to add on a costly rear brake job and resurface the roters. I asked does it need to be done right now he said in the near future. At the time I was in LA with the loaner car. I said I would be coming in late with the loner or in the am because I did not know how late I would be stuck in the traffic on the way home. Brent started that if I was not also getting the $500+ brake job done too he prefers the loner car be back at 6pm. This kind of demand has never been made of me at other dealerships. I was stuck in LA and stressed out that traffic and accidents kept me on the road from 3:30pm till 8:30pm. The next morning I filled up the gas and went to drop off the car at 7am. The guy who took my loner was nice. the service agent Michael Parker was cordial till I inquired about the price of my oil change. I asked if they price matched other BMW dealerships. He quickly said NO. It was a stern no. I stated that I was just inquiring because I received a special from my old Murrieta BMW Dealership for an oil change for $79.95. ElCajon BMW was charging me $129.00. Michael stated they never consider doing that. I just pulled out my card and paid for it quickly. There was never a Thank You for choosing us or a feeling that this place catered to anyone not dropping a 1k min. So this place is not classy, not competitive in their pricing and stingy when they don't get a big sale making their clients stress about the time they can return the loner car, weird experience.I highly suggest BMW SD and Murrieta because they are competitive, they will give you the car for anytime you need, they are genuine, helpful and run a classy service experience. BMW also is not only reasonable with oil changes but I would rather deal with mechanic's who are trained to service European vehicles. More

Best BMW dealer in San Diego County I've been purchasing and servicing my vehicles at this location since 1999, when they were under the ownership of Rug Cunningham as Cunningham BMW. I I've been purchasing and servicing my vehicles at this location since 1999, when they were under the ownership of Rug Cunningham as Cunningham BMW. I've experienced service and assistance from San Diego BMW, Vista BMW, Murrieta BMW, and none of these dealers hold a light to El Cajon BMW. I can assure weather you in the market for a new, used, certified per-owned or just service for your existing, look no further that El Cajon BMW. 100% satisfaction in sales and service is what you will receive time and time again. And eventhough I made to the dealer 2 min before end of their shift everyone pitched in to see me out the door, car services, washed and flowers given to me at the end of it all. Read Google and Yelp reviews and was also referred to by my mechanic who services my vehicle (oil changes, etc.) since the free maintenance from BMW had expired. My 328i is still under CPO. Check engine light came on and it was diagnosed as two oxygen sensors that needed to be replaced. This was covered under California Emissions warranty so their was no deductible. Setting up an appointment was very easy on their website and I was even contacted to see if I required a loaner vehicle. When I arrived, I was greeted immediately and all the paper work for both service and loaner were processed very efficiently. While processing, I decided to have some other maintenance items to be performed to maximize my time (since my vehicle was at the dealer) - so I had an oil change and the air filter replaced (these items were due for service in 2,000 miles). I was updated several times by Mike and they also informed me that the oil filter housing was leaking and would be covered under CPO ($50 deductible). A multipoint inspection was also performed and no other issues were found. The service, loaner vehicle and overall experience exceeded my expectations. If I should require any further warranty work, BMW El Cajon is the place to go. Their oil change services are also pretty competitive ($79.95). More
