A couple days ago I bought my first car ever with Michael rush and he made the process super easy for me. When he saw the car I wanted he had told me it was sold but he was able to showed me a way better opt rush and he made the process super easy for me. Honestly, my worst experience purchasing a vehicle. I custom ordered an M series and I was lied to/ deceived through the entire process. There has been a constant lack of communication. The sales rep was unresponsive to every question i possibly had after I signed and gave my deposit. once i signed, I was basically just put on the back burner. I was lied to about a markup price, they basically got me to sign and leave a deposit and 3 month later they told me I am going to have to pay an additional $5k for the car or forfeit my deposit. Unreal! To top it off I tried talking to the Sales Manager, this was zero help. He simply just told me he wasn't going to help me while constantly interruption without letting me get a word in. I love BMW but I will avoid BMW El Cajon indefinitely for all future transactions. More
