I was nearing the end of my lease when I was contacted by Gino offering his assistance with my turn in or next purchase. Gino was very helpful in presenting my options and the costs associated. He was at all times very straightforward and honest, never pushy or "selling" me that buying another BMW was best. Gino did a great job of understanding our driving needs and finding the best alternative for us. We wound up buying exactly what Gino suggested because it made the most sense for us. The entire buying experience was painless, although we did have to wait a couple hours to get through finance - that's to be expected on a Saturday and there are others buying cars. The entire sales staff is extremely friendly and personable. You difinitely leave there feeling like were you taken care of by friends. This is my third BMW purchased at South County (previously Cunningham BMW) and over 6 years the service has always been top notch. It's because of that total customer service experience that I've returned to buy another BMW, along with the incredible driving experience - of course. More

In january when i was starting to worry about my upcoming lease end in June, i received a call from Gino Centofanti out of nowhere asking if i had any questions or concerns regarding my lease and if there was anything he could do to help! I have NEVER had this kind of service before;Gino was a God send!I went to see Gino a couple weeks later to go over my options and he told me he would keep me posted to any new incentives coming up, as promised i received a call first week of March from Gino letting me know the amazing incentives BMW was offering to get out of the old(car) lease into a new one (car). When i showed up ready to do the new lease he had the car, my BMW 528I with ALL of the options I asked for and the color ready and waiting! I cannot say enough about the amazing service not only from Gino and his Co-workers but from everyone we dealt with from finance to service. Even after we left papers signed, i received an e-mail from Gino checking to make sure everything was going great with the car and to see if there was anything i needed! The moment I saw the vehicle online, with the specifications I wanted, I knew this car was the one. As a previous BMW owner, I knew the type of quality, service and performance to expect in a car and buying a car from BMW South County was amazing. I live in Los Angeles and the drive down to South County was beautiful. As soon as I arrived, everyone I came into contact with, from the sales to finance, was top notch when it came to customer service. The staff was nice, knowledgeable, and efficient. They went above and beyond to make the customer feel happy and satisfied. Gino Centofanti, Internet Specialist and Pre-Owned Sales Manager was the best. The customer service I received from Gino was outstanding. From the moment he returned my call, I could tell I was working with someone who was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was great at making the customer feel special. He was kind, friendly and responsive. He got back to me right away with questions and stayed in contact with me via phone/email every step of the way. He helped us narrow down our model choice both through detailed discussion and test driving. Once we selected the model, Kailash diligently searched for one with the exact options we wanted and had it trucked down to San Diego from the Bay area straight away. His professional behavior was maintained even after we signed the deal, answering questions and providing updates daily until the car was in our hands. We found Kailash to be very refreshing compared to the typical sleazy car salesmen we have worked with in the past. We would definitely work with him again and will recommend him to friends. More

This dealership were willing to compete on price with quotes I had received from other dealers also. I was also very impressed with the fact that they were willing to bring in a new vehicle from the San Francisco Bay Area to match the exact specs I was looking for, since there were none in the San Diego Area. Overall a good experience, and I would recommend this dealership - ask for Kailash! More
Deceiving information about the car purchased. I got a "certified" vehicle which was involved in an accident and was not aware of it until I purchased it. I found a receipt from a shop non-BMW body shop, that stated some repairs due to a collision. They told me, were not aware of this, but they should have since this was a "certified" vehicle. Their attitude was pretty much " though" there is nothing else we can do, except for the fact of giving me two gift cards from "Donovan's" and two complementary auto details for my next visit. More
I have taken my new BMW there repeatedly for minor repairs. They have never had the car ready when promised. On two ocassions they had it all day, only to not even touch it. I think the Service staff try hard to please the customer, but the dealership lacks the resourced to produce good quality work when promised. Would not recommend service at this dealer. So why buy there iF you have to go to another dealer for good service ? More
I've bought many cars from dealers and this is by far one of the greatest sales experiences I've ever had. They were very respectful of my time and since I was coming from quite a ways away, they even negoti of the greatest sales experiences I've ever had.
