After taking delivery of the vehicle and driving it back to San Diego from the BMW Performance Center, Kailash routinely checked in with me to make sure my BMW experience was being fulfilled. He made sure the car was driving well and that I was still on my way back home. I did not expect this kind of service and was very impressed to see that I was being checked on. At delivery, finance manager Francesco offered some standard add-ons (extended warranty, paint protectant, etc), which we declined, and to our surprise and relief, while these items were "suggested" to us as valuable options, there was no hard sell as I have experienced elsewhere. At delivery, Kailash spend close to 2 hours explaining all options and stayed with us from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM until final signatures are done. We strongly recommend Kailash and SouthCounty BMW. He even knew the name of the ship on which it made its way across the Atlantic. He definitely provided the personal touch throughout the process. When we ordered the car we were sure to leave with a detailed breakdown of every component of the final cost of the car. When we arrived to pick up the car the figures matched exactly what we anticipated.
