Gino is amazing! My family has been buying our cars from him since 2004. In fact, we have followed him from the different dealerships he has been at. My husband and I came in to buy a new 3 series that we r him since 2004. In fact, we have followed him from the different dealerships he has been at. My husband and I came in to buy a new 3 series that we requested Gino special order for us. When we got to the dealership, we decided we liked the 5 series better. Even though Gino had spent time trying to find us our perfect 3 series and had it delivered to his dealership especially for us, he didnt blink when we asked to look at the 5's. He was wonderful and helped us for the entire four hours we spent trying to decide which to buy. He never made us feel bad that he had spent his time finding our 3 series, but instead gave us the pros and cons of each car and helped us make a decision that was best for our growing family.
