My wife and daughter came to look at the cars at BMW of South County expecting not to buy that day but to look at the cars and make decisions later because it was almost 5pm. Even though I was decided to get a car for my daughter, I figure that they will not entertain me at all since it was late Sunday afternoon. I saw few people at the dealership so I approached Kailash. He was not smiling at first so I thought this will not be good at all so I better be quick to tell him that we are just looking. To make the long story short, it was the most pleasant encounter I have ever had with a car salesman and dealership for a long time. They provided me with a no nonsense estimate of the cost of the car and made us feel good about being there that afternoon. My wife and daughter came home with the new car in less than 2 hours and we felt satisfied with the purchase. The people at BMW of SC was superb.
