That being said, I really had nothing to worry about at all. The moment I stepped into this dealership, Mr. Kailash was there and showed great interest in helping me. I test drove a BMW and fell in love with it, Mr. Kailash stayed with me after I drove the car and showed all the wonderful features and benefits of owning a BMW. Along the way, I meet many employees at the dealership: from the receptionists to the Manager, even the employees who will be taking care of my car for maintenance. Again, Mr. Kailash was there through it all and he helped to tie everything together. I was treated with respect and courtesy, even though I was a new buyer and more than likely appeared naive most of the time. I felt like everyone wanted my interest at heart, to get the right car for me and at the best price possible.
