I can easily rate Kailash as "Great " in all above categories. His customer service was exceptional, and though he clearly has many clients, I always felt as though Kailash was making me a prio above categories. I believe he worked hard to get me into the car I wanted and did so at a fair deal to me. Most importantly of all, Kailash is someone who makes a customer feel like they're doing business with a person who cares rather than a large company, concerned only with the bottom line. This can be a very hard task to genuinely accomplish, but Kailash does so in spades. At the end of the day, people prefer to do business with those who are trustworthy and genuine.
