They Treated Me Like a Movie Star I recently purchased a BMW 328d Xdrive (diesel all wheel drive sport wagon). Everyone I dealt with from the receptionist, the sales woman, the Parts I recently purchased a BMW 328d Xdrive (diesel all wheel drive sport wagon). Everyone I dealt with from the receptionist, the sales woman, the Parts Department and the Service Department treated me like I was a movie star. I did NOT get this kind of treatment at a competing BMW dealership where they thought I wasn't important enough. The sales woman (Deanna) was helpful, courteous and kept in touch throughout the process of ordering the car from Germany and delivering it to me at the dealership. Also, they responded to my Internet submission and did not hesitate to offer me a substantial Internet discount. I'm impressed. More
GREAT DEALERSHIP, TOP-NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I performed a cold-call with this dealership when i saw a vehicle that interested me on their website. Josh Keyton answered and we agreed to meet. He was a very personable individual to say the least and I'm happy to have ended up dealing with him on the purchase of my Pre-Owned Beamer. He was cordial to my wife and my in-laws who made the drive to the dealership with me. Got a good deal on an almost brand new, 3 year old car with only 3,700 miles!!! No, that's not a typo, you read it right -- three thousand seven hundred miles! LOL! Anyway, the process went as smoothly as it did, thanks to Josh. Of course over the years their dealership name has changed however the core of customer service still remains. A kind man initiated the conversation of getting a new car. It has been 2 months in the making. Mr Shawn Deyzel listened to my woe's of my wife's dad's passing and an aching used car X3 which if lucky was getting 17 mpg. Shawn introduced me to the 328d. After listening to his opinion and reading reviews, it was the car we wanted. But I told Shawn we did not want to play the back and forth game. Well, his patience with us, his care and space he gave allowed us to get the car we wanted. And, at a fair price. My wife said, it was the best car experience she had ever had. Thank you Shawn and to your peers! We'll certainly be looking for you in 4 years when it will be time to trade up. More

BMW of El Cajon Shawn Deyzel was amazing ! He was never pushy about trying to make a sale, he looked out for my best interest which was great! He was really patient a Shawn Deyzel was amazing ! Quite honestly, getting a BMW was only briefly entertained (we are a Acura/Lexus family). As soon as I walked onto the lot of BMW El Cajon, my experience from start to finish was so great, I have ALREADY referred my friends and family (one friend, Albert R, already went down and ordered a brand new M4)! I cannot rave enough about Josh Keyton, he was PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, PERSONABLE and sold me on getting the car I really wanted. He listened to my needs, and produced the car I was looking for! Amazing! For the time he spent going back and forth for me, looking, searching and getting the right car at the right price, I am grateful… He made my experience there one that was so positive, I have not hesitated to refer family and friends to the El Cajon location and to Josh himself. I know for a fact, those that meet with him will get what they want, at the price they want, new or certified used! There was no annoying haggling necessary, no run around. He made my purchase simple, quick and he was super efficient. He is hands down, a great asset to the company! In the near future (my wife will soon be needing another car), I will not hesitate to drive down to El Cajon (there are other dealers far closer to where we live in Del Mar) and meet with Josh again to get what I need.
