Very informative, helpful and pleasant to deal with. And Brittany Dollard did the paperwork - took us all of 15 minutes to fly thru it and get out the door in my new car. You can tell that he genuinely wanted me to get the car I was happy with and didn't try to push more expensive cars on me. He was honest, and made the negotiations on the price straight forward. Even the next day after I bought the car, when I had a few more questions, I texted him and received quick responses. Most salesmen are done with you once they make the sale, but not him. You could tell he really wanted me to be happy with my purchase. Because of the experience I had with Josh and how amazing the car is I will be a lifelong BMW driver, and when I get my next BMW I will only be getting it from him.
