So glad to be part of the BMW fam! I first visited BMW of El Cajon in August of this year. Shawn Deyzel greeted me and showed me a few cars. I appreciated that he never pressured me into making a decision and encouraged me to go home while he worked out the numbers with the finance person. It turned out that the numbers weren't what I was hoping for, so I decided to wait until my then current lease (with Toyota) was up, to return to the dealership. In the meantime, Shawn only contacted me once or twice to let me know about some current offers and to touch base. Once I was finally ready to lease a BMW, I did not hesitate to call Shawn. He again walked me through the process, showed me several cars, and helped me work out a lease deal that fit my budget. All the while being cordial and respectful. After I drove my new X1 home, David Ponce contacted me and we scheduled a meeting so he could patiently and expertly walk me through all the features of my new car. I drove away feeling confident that I made the right decision to purchase this beautiful vehicle and for having joined the BMW family. More

Chuck Thomas is the lease specialist and he got me the exact car I wanted at a price that made me happy. We did the deal through e-mail so all I had to do was go and pick up the car I ordered. David Ponce was my product specialist and he was awesome in explaining all the features on my car and they gave me an extra tank of gas too. The El Cajon team went beyond the call of duty. Almost exactly 2 months ago, I ordered a brand new M3. It was to be my first new car purchase, and I could barely wait to take delivery of it. A few w Almost exactly 2 months ago, I ordered a brand new M3. It was to be my first new car purchase, and I could barely wait to take delivery of it. A few weeks passed and my car didn't move from the ordering process to into production. Another few weeks go by and still nothing. Then, about 4 days ago, an M3 with similar options came into the lot, without being sold. Nick and Brandon and Chuck moved mountains to get me to be the owner of that car, before anyone else even knew it was there. They took absolutely no time in getting a hold of me, making sure that I had the first chance at the car. Nick, who wasn't even working that day, called me and said "I have your car here." Fast forward a couple of hours, and I left the lot with my brand new M3, perfectly happy. I can't emphasize enough how friendly and hard working the entire staff was to me. And it was because of them that I can say I'm now an M3 owner. More

Rick did everything to help me get the exact car I wanted. He was very nice and very efficient. I've had my car a month and have met with Brandon twice to help acquaint myself with all the new technology available in these great cars. He was extremely friendly and helpful. This is my 4th BMW and the best experience, yet. I will definitely go back to them when I start shopping for a new car and would recommend them to anyone who asked. More
