Dropped by BMW El Cajon talked over the car I wanted with Rick Cohen, they did not have exactly what I wanted it in stock but they showed me pricing that was significantly better then any of the other dealers with no hidden fees in the lease that I wanted. Got a call two days later saying that they had found the car I wanted, went down and made the deal on my i3. Cannot say good enough things about the two guys I dealt with. Shawn matched the deal that we talked over the phone which was thousands less then the other guys with the hidden fees. Will be back for another car for my wife, sending at least three people from my office as well. In and out with my car in less the a hour, 5 Stars all the way across the board. More

They also knew how important it was for me to purchase the car of my dreams and when the perfect vehicle presented itself they secured it for me. From the onset I got the genuine feeling that their mission was to provide me the ultimate customer experience. You can see through most sales reps veneers and you know you are just a commission; these two guys worked effortlessly to ensure my experience was the focus of the transaction. He was very personable and knowledgeable without being at all the obnoxious car salesman you normally expect. He knew what he was doing when he insisted that I drive the car because I instantly fell in love with it. Everyone from the sales manager to Jorge in finance was just incredible. He was pleasant, soft-spoken, no pressure, knowledgeable, didn't try to make any decisions for me. Ended up with a good deal, and it was ultimately a super nice experience buying a new car. (They aren't always so pleasant!) When I'm ready for another new BMW, I'll be asking for Josh. He made this experience a really good one! Also dealt with Brandon to help set up all the gadgets. Very informative, helpful and pleasant to deal with. And Brittany Dollard did the paperwork - took us all of 15 minutes to fly thru it and get out the door in my new car. However, Josh made the time pass nicely, he was a really nice guy, and super knowledgeable about all the cars. He answered all the questions i could think up. You can tell that he genuinely wanted me to get the car I was happy with and didn't try to push more expensive cars on me. He was honest, and made the negotiations on the price straight forward. Even the next day after I bought the car, when I had a few more questions, I texted him and received quick responses. Most salesmen are done with you once they make the sale, but not him. You could tell he really wanted me to be happy with my purchase. Because of the experience I had with Josh and how amazing the car is I will be a lifelong BMW driver, and when I get my next BMW I will only be getting it from him.
