Love the vehicle, dislike the unfair/predatory/shady business practices by the sales & finance managers. I drove 3 hours to buy my vehicle to do business in earnest, and the dealership finagled the dea business practices by the sales & finance managers. I drove 3 hours to buy my vehicle to do business in earnest, and the dealership finagled the dealers fees and title/registration fees to ensure they reached the bottom line sales price they wanted. I have raised this issue to the GM and he has defended the tactics even when I provided evidence of the maximum fees for my state! This is not my first time buying a car out of state and understand how the fees work!! And the forward crash warning system on the vehicle went out 2 weeks after I had the car (mid August) and I’m being forced to bring it back 3 hours instead of them allowing a local dealer to assess and repair. Be cautious dealing with this place. Won’t ever purchase here again. More

The process felt rushed. I didn’t see the advertised leasing deals at all & what I walked away with was less than what I was shown and less than what I wanted.
