Easy accommodating service I took my vehicle in for inspection but did not have time to wait. I was able to book my appointment by mobile and drove into the valet. I was greeted I took my vehicle in for inspection but did not have time to wait. I was able to book my appointment by mobile and drove into the valet. I was greeted by valet who took my keys and drove up with a loaner car. My service rep greeted me right away with paperwork ready to sign and go. I was commucates with throughout the service and texted when done. The text also included an invoice with a link to pay the invoice via mobile device. Upon return, I again drove into valet and was greeted with valet driver who took my loaner and brought my car up while I signed the awaiting paperwork. They topped off my motor oil and washed my car as well-all at a very affordable price! Thompson BMW service department cares about their customers and their needs while valuing their time. Awesome service from an awesome crew! Thank you! More

Front brakes, state inspection and emition test. Sudden problem with front brakes when wife was using car. Called to have this taken care of soon as possible. Took car in for service next day.
