Incredible patience for this indecisive buyer After renting a BMW X5 on multiple occasions, I decided I wanted one. I was introduced to Ryan, and I could not decide X5 or the new 5 series. I te After renting a BMW X5 on multiple occasions, I decided I wanted one. I was introduced to Ryan, and I could not decide X5 or the new 5 series. I test drove the cars multiple times on multiple occasions. Finally, I decided I would order the X5 diesel for my wife. Fast forward after another year, I decided it was time for me to order an X5 for myself, should I get the X5 should I get the X3, again, I came to the dealership multiple times, and test drove both cars. Finally, I decided on the X3, then learned some of the features I wanted were not available. I decided to wait until the features I wanted were available with a 2019 model, then once again unsure of my decision, Ryan suggested I wait to for the new X5. Knowing it would be several more months before he could close the sale. What is admirable in this situation, Ryan walked away from the deal he could have closed sooner because he knew if I waited a few more months I would be happier. Monday the 21st I took delivery of my X5, I am thrilled I waited. Thank you, Ryan, for your patience. More
