Not very nice and also missed a huge problem I took my car in to the service center and the woman working at the counter was less than friendly. Also, after being told what BMW thought was wrong I took my car in to the service center and the woman working at the counter was less than friendly. Also, after being told what BMW thought was wrong with my car I took it to another mechanic to check it out and they found a major problem with my car that Thompson somehow managed to miss when I took it in just a week or two prior. Very disappointed. More
