Car needed scheduled maintenance I brought my car in for scheduled maintenance in the early morning expecting that it might take a lot of time. I was on my way by noon with a fully serviced and inspected car. I appreciated the fast turnaround and the courtesy of everyone involved. More

Communication with Customer is Spotty Dropped off the car with a leaking tire and it was suggested that all four should be replaced. Rep said it would take a few hours and car could be picked up before 8pm or the next day. I was given a rental car...not comparable to mine. I came by the next day, car was not ready and another clerk was surprised that I was even there. He had to research to find any paperwork. Bottom line: I had to leave, after wasting two hours of my time. At least they dropped off the car at my home. More
