Absolute joke Dropped my 2012 m3 off with a few problems. Requested a quote on fluids, they could not provide me a quote on the spot. Took them 3 business days to get back to me, at which point they let me know no problems could be identified. In the time Thompson had my car they managed to blow one of my headlights out which they didn’t even tell me about. I have a professional BMW shop evaluating my car and was able to identify issues. I will be Reaching out and will get legal assistance if need be. I deserve a refund for the lack of service..... absolute joke and best part is I was planning on purchasing a new m4 from them. Never stepping foot in there again without an attorney, thank you Laura for the incompinance and terrible customer service.... hasn’t even returned my call. More
