My M4 service I gave a 5 star rating because whenever I go the service is exceptional, Laura & service goes beyond expectations each time. The staff were extremely kind and friendly especially Laura Zimmerman, she was super helpful and always kept me up to date. If I ever return to BMW again for service it will be because of her incredible customer service. Overall Thompson BMW is a great place only slightly issue I had was a deep scratch on my bumper that they said they would take care of when I come back for service. More

Put down a deposit and did all the paperwork and decided to pick it up the follow day after it was detailed. Go to pick it up and there is still sticky adhesives on the inside windows from GoPro mounts etc., the windshield is cracked and the heated steering wheel does not work - very obvious it never even went through the shop, let along got detailed. Say they will get that fixed and to schedule an appointment. After at least a month of trying to set up a pickup time and cancellations on their end I finally take it in for service and they fix the steering wheel and detail the interior and have to re-tint the windows from the mount residue but never fixed the Windshield! Still waiting on them to get in contact with me about it 4 months later...... More
