I lease my cars, do all my homework online, and then make one phone call to Rob Ridgway at Thompson BMW and he the car I I want magically appears in a few weeks: this last time it was only 3 days. I have been with Rob for the past 18 years and he always comes through for me. I never have to drive to the dealership for service, they always pick up my car and leave me a loaner. That is so important to my time. I have purchased other BMWs from prestigious dealers on the west coast, and they do not offer valet service like Thompson. There is never any high sales pressure , they make the entire experience stress free. I highly recommend Thompson and Rob Ridgway as a salesman. More
