Friendly, Fair, and Fast Thompson BMW was the third dealer we visited that day and a deal was made 15 minutes after the test drive. Dennis Bridges is the perfect salesman. His 25 years with the company was more than obvious. He is professional, sincere, accommodating, and overall very friendly. Correction of a mistake I came in to have my rims/tires changed up to the summer ones that you store. They were put on but no one noticed in the process that they were damage I came in to have my rims/tires changed up to the summer ones that you store. They were put on but no one noticed in the process that they were damaged. I had to come back in before leaving the lot and show the service manager. There were scratches on one rim. She was good and said that they would be repaired and if I didn't like replaced. Came back a few days later and when I picked them up once again more damage. This time it appeared that something rolled and hit a rim. Went back in before leaving the lot to show. You kept the car a few more days and detailed it. The rims are fine now. Take away - no QC check. Both times the damage was quite obvious. Especially on the second time one would think that time and attention would be paid to making sure that the issue was resolved. Mistakes happen, how they are corrected is important.....my experience this visit was disappointing. More
They Tried But $3600 for a headlight? Brought my 2014 X5 in for adaptive headlight malfunction. Received word that something shorted out in the light and that it would cost $3,600 to fix. Matt and the Team at Thompson did what they could by not charging for the diagnosis, but didn’t really offer any alternatives except $3,600to replace. More
