The level of attention and the ease of accessibility stood out, which was super important since I was communicating from out of state. I was reserved about making the out of state purchase, but everything was made simple and the car was exactly how I was expecting it to look. No surprises. I even got something delivered overnight afterwards as Rob promised. I would emphatically recommend a potential buyer to this dealership, as they would be in good hands. Keep up the good work Rob. Rushed I want to start by saying that I usually get great service at Thompson so that is why I drive a little bit out of my way to go there. They were very busy the night that I dropped my car off for service but I felt very rushed since I was just getting a 9000 mile covered maintenance oil change. They also did not have a BMW loaner available. This is not the 1st time that I had to take the available Toyota loaner. I realize that getting a loaner from the dealer is a nice perk but I spent a lot of money to own a BMW. If I wanted to drive a Toyota, I would have purchased one. I just felt that since I wasn't spending any money on the maintenance that I wasn't an important customer. More
