I had a tough time with tire service. Thompson recommended the tires to be rotated and balanced (fine routinely) but the result was a car that shook horribly and the car had to be returned for ser recommended the tires to be rotated and balanced (fine routinely) but the result was a car that shook horribly and the car had to be returned for service to fix the issue. The shaking would have been obvious if a test drive was performed. They didn't refund me for the work but only applied it as a credit for future service. Not sure how the tires got this bad (uneven wearing) since we have all of our service done at Thompson. They should have warned us this could happen as well. Typically service is very good there but this visit wasn't a positive one from several perspectives. More

I was a 24 year old first time car buyer looking for a set of wheels during the Covid pandemic, and I stumbled upon a car I’d loved since I was 12, in great condition nonetheless. I was in Cape Cod, the c set of wheels during the Covid pandemic, and I stumbled upon a car I’d loved since I was 12, in great condition nonetheless. I was in Cape Cod, the car was in PA. Dennis Bridges and the folks at Thompson BMW made this dream a reality. I really didn’t have to do much besides negotiate a price and e-sign documents - they went above and beyond to keep things simple on my end. Thompson even helped me find a transport company and Dennis stayed late to load it on the flatbed himself. They could have sold this car to someone local and had a much easier time moving the inventory, and the dedication to excellent service was really appreciated. The car arrived perfectly clean and detailed. I couldn’t have had a better experience. Thank you Dennis and Thimpson BMW! More

There is something very, very special about Thompson, not only are you treated like royalty from the time you call, every employee follows suite and the service technicians are "top shelf". Generally service to the vehicle is really good. The process leading to dropping off, checking in, could use some user experience enhancements. At times they make mistakes, including a time I didn’t sch process leading to dropping off, checking in, could use some user experience enhancements. At times they make mistakes, including a time I didn’t schedule service but they accidentally tagged me in the system for another persons service. They did fix it, but attention to detail lacking. also, I do get disappointed when I’m dropping $500+ on service and they give me a Toyota Corolla. More
