So-so service Good service was provided by the staff for the state inspection but the oil change was very expensive. Oil change and inspection. Took 2.5 hours. TV control did not work. Bill had to be redone to take into consideration my insurance coverage. A week later my car said the tires we Took 2.5 hours. Annual State Inspections We own our cars for the length of their useful life and in the case of BMW's that is a long time. It is imperative to properly maintain the vehicles We own our cars for the length of their useful life and in the case of BMW's that is a long time. It is imperative to properly maintain the vehicles in a timely manner to facilitate that lifetime; we count on Thompson to provide us with that maintenance. They have done so in a most professional manner. They make replacement recommendations but additionally provide the inspection tolerances which helps tremendously in making the final decision. More

Did no do 27 point check I took my BMW For inspection and service several weeks ago and the 27 point check was not done because my coolant level light came on after I got it I took my BMW For inspection and service several weeks ago and the 27 point check was not done because my coolant level light came on after I got it back and it said to top it off ASAP also I checked the oil and that was not topped off so the 27 point check was not done . That is a poor job of service and customer service . I am bringing my car in again on July 5 via valet. It did not seem like the mechanics take that much care in the job they were doing More
