Took BMW 750ix in for inspection Took our BMW 750ix in for inspection and the dealer tried to upcharge us advising our wheel was cracked (true) then claiming the nearly new tire was r Took our BMW 750ix in for inspection and the dealer tried to upcharge us advising our wheel was cracked (true) then claiming the nearly new tire was ruined (untrue) and when we suggested welding the wheel, claimed we couldn't do that and pass inspection (untrue) and the cost of replacement of the wheel and tire, required to pass inspection, would be more than $1800! Went elsewhere, found a nationally known collision wheel shop who welded the wheel, checked the tire and found no damage and charged $221 total. Next day had it inspected and passed without any problem. More

When we got there, we met Dennis who was great right from the start! We drove the car, had ours appraised and came to an agreement. Good warranty service I was having issues with my brakes and after a couple of bumps with dealing with sales, you guys make it right and did the warranty work. I value your courtesy valet service immensely, it was very convenient to have a loaner vehicle dropped off to my work and it made the normal “hassle” of driving to the dealership a non issue. Will definitely use your service department again because of this feature. More

Used car purchase I unfortunately totaled my car and found a newer version at this dealership, I was uneasy about purchasing a used car but timing was not great. I di I unfortunately totaled my car and found a newer version at this dealership, I was uneasy about purchasing a used car but timing was not great. I did not like how the negotiations went, it seemed like a game. And they tried to take away the warranty that they seemed to think was so great. I took my car to my mechanic the day after my purchase where he seemed confused as to why they did not replace the back brakes which just passed inspection. When I contacted my sales person he gave me a whole bunch of xx as to why . As I said to him, I am uneasy about the car now. The only reason I purchased the car is because of how they sold me on how "comprehensive" the warranty is and how much they back their cars up. I also found all the previous owners paperwork still in the vehicle, so I'm pretty sure they did not really inspect and detail "every inch" More
