Most amazing service ever I hate having my car serviced - the inconvenience, the expense, the aggravation. My service writer Dan Goldman is not only an efficient and effective customer service professional, but clearly an amazing and caring human being as well. And the technician who worked on my vehicle - Dennis Murphy - probably the most knowledgeable and customer satisfaction oriented individual I have ever had the pleasure to encounter. To say my service experience at Thompson was amazing would be like calling the Grand Canyon and interesting little ditch beside the road. More
