Very professional I brought my auto in for repairs. I had a nail in my rear tire and the auto lock on the passenger side front door was not working. door sensor not covered,manifold covered. Everytime we have issue they dont seem to be covered by the platinum insurance extended coverage on a bmw that we purchased .We think you should look Everytime we have issue they dont seem to be covered by the platinum insurance extended coverage on a bmw that we purchased .We think you should look into the way you sell the extended coverage and look into better plan that covers things that cost the the customer over a thousand dollars especially on the electronic on and in the vehicle.our issue was a door sensor that not covered.an a feature of all of your vehicles.you would think at the price of the sensor it should be included in electronic coverages. Thank for taking time to read my response to your survey.the manifold gasket was covered and is the service for that was fine.other that it's the second time it's been addressed it like every oil change there a leak again why is this a issue.i had cars and trucks of American cars and have oil changes done with never having any leaks .can u explain why BMW's have leaks all the time. The customer service personnel at the service desk act as if they are annoyed by your presence (the reason they even have a job). The service people often lack the ability to realize the lack of logic with their explanations. Unacceptable for a “luxury” brand. More
