Secondly, although I own a BMW, was provided a small Toyota for a loaner car. Also own an Audi and NEVER got anything but an Audi loaner. Lastly, I had the car until lunch the same day and drove less than 20 miles in the car, starting with less than a full tank. Was contacted to charge my card almost $18 for less than a gallon of gas. Being the tank wasn’t full @ baseline it was hard to determine how much to put back in the tank. After a few text exchanges, the charge was waived but I still had the hassle of the text conversation while at work. More
First Impression is the last impression (not so good) I've mentioned two issues when I took my 328i for state and emission inspection. One about remote is not being detected and AC starts on automatically, charged me for new battery but the problem still exist. Second was about sound of the exhaust, it sounds so loud. Still exist. Next day Andy (Manager) called and I was told to expect call back. Never happened! More

Great experience with service department I recently wanted a performance upgrade for my car and Andi Glassmyer worked with me to arrange to have the work done. Shortly before the appointment I recently wanted a performance upgrade for my car and Andi Glassmyer worked with me to arrange to have the work done. Shortly before the appointment date, I noticed a bubble on one of my tires. Andi was also able to resolve that issue for me also, but did not have the tire in stock. She immediately set me up with a loaner vehicle. When I picked the car up the next day, everything was done to my complete satisfaction. Thanks to Andi and her team. More
Made things right I brought my car in for an oil change, and there were some other things that they found which I decide to get taken care of. However, on my way out, I brought my car in for an oil change, and there were some other things that they found which I decide to get taken care of. However, on my way out, I noticed some goop on the exterior of my car. I told him that I parked my car in the garage all the time, so that more than likely happened while the car was there. They scheduled my car for a cleaning on a separate day, detailed it from top to bottom, and the car literally looked like new. I was very happy with the way they made that right. More

Wheel check up, 2018 BMW X1 Brought my vehicle to check wheel noise and after about 30 minutes was told that tires need to be replaced and alignment needs to be done $1500. When Brought my vehicle to check wheel noise and after about 30 minutes was told that tires need to be replaced and alignment needs to be done $1500. When i told that i have insurance/protection for tires was told that it's normal wear and gear (just the way i drive) and it's not covered under any protection/insurance. Maybe it would make sense in other situations, but my car is 1 YEAR OLD, why would i change my tires after 1 year why would i have problems with alignment? Looks like BMW sold me a car with damaged tires ( I'm assuming this because after i bought the car i came back in couple weeks to check brakes, and was told that brakes are rusty and dealership replaced rotors and brakes IT WAS A NEW CAR) Just to compare:I had older 2006 BMW which i bought with 100k mileage had used tires and in more than 2 years had no problems with tires and alignment. So i asked what is covered under my tire protection and one of the things i was told potholes... then i asked why would my car car have misalignment? And i was told because of POTHOLES... Really Also they didn't give me any paper for alignment test (how else can you find out other than if you tested it, right?) That wouldn't be a big deal if i came to a regular shop, but i came to a BMW dealership where on the paper they say that they perform world class inspection. I like BMW cars and would like someone to resolve my issues, but this is second certified BMW dealership that i have problem with. More
