Nice place to buy a car I purchased a CPO 2017 BMW M4 from Thompson and worked with Norm M. and it was a completely stress free and positive experience. I’ve been looking at I purchased a CPO 2017 BMW M4 from Thompson and worked with Norm M. and it was a completely stress free and positive experience. I’ve been looking at used M3/M4 and visited many dealerships, some that were over an hour away, and I was surprised how many sales people are reluctant to let customers drive an M car. I was about to buy an nice 340xi and asked Norm to check out the M just for comparison. Norm grabbed the keys and backed it out of a tight spot where it parked for good viewing from the road. And he said “let’s go!” — we had so much fun on the test drive that I couldn’t get rid of the smile on my face. Norm worked with me to make sure he beat all offers on my trade, and made an attractive deal on the purchase vehicle to ensure I would go home with it. A win-win. More
