Last visit poor Overall BMW does a good job on service. This last visit though was sub par. 600.00 to fix a leak that was suppose to have been fix weeks ago at a cost Overall BMW does a good job on service. The service manager reached out to me and explained. Was able to give some discount. Also we are missing the inspection results. If someone can send us a copy would be greatly appreciated. More

My 1997 BMW 540I John McDonald helped me out. He kept me in loop on the status of my service repairs. I did give a good rating mostly based on Johns customer service s John McDonald helped me out. I did give a good rating mostly based on Johns customer service skills but there are some outstanding issues with the repairs requested and showing completed on invoice. The air bag light came back on a few days after the fault memory was cleared. Tech says voltage supply faults were cause but asking if sensor is faulty or what else will fix this issue. The windshield wiper fluid continues to leak through bottom of car after washer fluid pump, plug housing, snap in receptacle and gasket replaced. BEST Experience Ever - It gets better after each Visit I just had the BEST experience ever with Norman Marrazzo at Thomson BMW and I want to brag about it. I previously purchased a 2009 BMW X5 CPO from Da I just had the BEST experience ever with Norman Marrazzo at Thomson BMW and I want to brag about it. I previously purchased a 2009 BMW X5 CPO from David Dembrosky here in 2014 (traded in a 2005 BMW X3) and was really pleased with his service and attention to my needs, which continued with seasonal communications and birthday wishes over the past several years. Even though I'm 90 minutes away and have a BMW Dealership only 5 minutes from my house, coming to Doylestown was well worth the drive. This brings me to August 2019 as I was looking to now purchase a new 2019 BMW X5. David is now a manager and connected me with Norman Marrazzo when I came to see the availability. I wanted more specs in my new vehicle than what was available, so Norm searched the database and located a vehicle in New Hampshire that seemed to fit my needs. The same day he notified me that he was able to acquire the vehicle to have it brought to PA, I found out that 2020's were now out and found one in the Chicago area that I liked even more. Norm stopped the presses and immediately reached out to the other dealership in hopes of acquiring the new vehicle for me. Sadly, after several attempts by Norm and his manager to reach out to the dealership over a 2 week period for acquisition of the vehicle, the dealership never responded. Because of Norm's fervent and pleasing nature, he immediately reacted to my displeasure and suggested ordering a new vehicle direct from the manufacturer so that I could spec it exactly as I wanted (my dream car). Without hesitation, I came in and met with Norm who walked me through the process of choosing every color, feature and package that I wanted. The order was placed and throughout the 3+ week process of waiting, Norm kept me informed as to the progress of the build. And then just like Norm said, my beautiful, dream vehicle was delivered to me. I picked up my brand new 2020 BMW X5 yesterday and in-person, the vehicle looks so much more sporty and elegant than the photos on the website. Norm was quite knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire process and even stepped in with the BMW Genius to make sure I knew how to work all of the new fancy technology. Thank you Norman Marrazzo and Thompson BMW for making my dream come true. I absolutely love my new BMW X5 and you can best believe when it's time to upgrade again, I'll be making the trek to Doylestown to find Norm for my next BMW adventure. More
