They used to be good about everything. Used to be excellent about everything but lately the last 2 or 3 visits felt like service went down greatly. Skipping things that usually get done... Not just driving around parking lot... Complimentary washes. So. Going to a local dealer next time. Vibration never. Gets pinpointed . wheels never get balanced. Just tired . other than that . i like em. But service isnt checked. Its performed and sent back out. Period. If they not busy theyll look at your car more id assume. As in test drive it...before returning it. To customers. Or at least a clear explaination eithout getting irritated. More

Price was good service was suspect I purchase a pre owned 2016 Honda from Thompson BMW. The price was very good. The sales person and sales area was nice. But I was not really shopping I purchase a pre owned 2016 Honda from Thompson BMW. The price was very good. The sales person and sales area was nice. But I was not really shopping I knew what I wanted. The only problem was after the sale. I noticed when I purchased the car it 3 Goodyear Tires and one Firestone.. On the ride home the front tire ,Firestone, was making a noise. I called they said bring it back will fix it. I was still under there warranty. The thing is after I took the car back their fix was to move the noisy tire to the back of the car where I wouldn't hear it. I know this because that's what the service guy told me. I don't consider that a"fix" Not sure what my next step should be. More

Inspection Took car in for inspection. Needed new tires and rear brakes. Called indicating that I was aware it needed rear tires and that I could supply the part Took car in for inspection. Needed new tires and rear brakes. Called indicating that I was aware it needed rear tires and that I could supply the parts code since Service replaced a front tire a few months before. Told the Rep that they should have the parts number due to prior tire replacement. They ordered the tires but I was told they made a mistake and ordered the wrong tires. They provided me a free loaner for the weekend and obtained the tires and replaced the tires on Monday. More

Great experience I typically do all work on my cars myself and very rarely take them in for anything, but took it to Thompson for a recall that was issued on my 3 seri I typically do all work on my cars myself and very rarely take them in for anything, but took it to Thompson for a recall that was issued on my 3 series. The work was free of charge and I was give a loaner while they worked on it. This was on a slightly older bmw and a vehicle that was not purchased there. All the work was done in 1 day and when I picked up my car it had been washed and vacuumed, something I had no idea they did. Drop off and pick up was simple and quick and overall service was great. If I am in need of having work done on this car at any point I will definitely look to have it done there. More
