Always an issue with concierge service This is the 3rd time I had an issue with my concierge service. Had no issue booking it however when the day came they never showed up. Incompetent I can't say that I was ever blown away by Thompson's service, but this last time just ensured that I would never go back there. The reason for the vis I can't say that I was ever blown away by Thompson's service, but this last time just ensured that I would never go back there. The reason for the visit was a recall. The trouble began when I dropped off the car - we don't have the parts in stock. Well, didn't you know I would be coming for the recall - which I stated when I made the appointment? Errr...I guess not. Then, more than a week later, I receive a note that the car was ready to be picked up. Quickly got a call that it wasn't. I went to pick it up the next day - check engine light was on. Leave it there for another weekend. They can't do anything on Saturday because the employees who know how to do anything more than an oil change or tires are not working. Then they supposedly look over it all day Monday and when I pick it up, I don't even get home and I get a refill coolant message on the dash. I didn't think much of it, but then when I get home I see a trail of coolant down my driveway and a geyser of coolant under the hood!!! I insist on a tow truck (which they didn't even offer right away) and then it takes another day - no call. At the end of the day I leave a message for the manager who doesn't bother to answer, but finally, my service advisor called that the tech forgot to connect a hose clip for the coolant. Now...seriously??? If I cannot be sure that anyone checks the car before I pick it up - not once - but twice, then how could I ever trust them to do proper work on my car again. I know for me it is the closest dealership, but unless you don't care if they do shoddy service, I would rather drive farther to someone who actually cares to do a good job. These people are the pinnacle of incompetence. And on top of all, they don't even care. Sorry for the long essay, but this is really not a place to service your car and this example was not the first time, but I would need a lot more space to tell those stories. More

After explaining our wishlist and narrowing in on our selection we settled on a car which was obtained from another dealership.
