Disappointed on two items Disappointed about two specific things at my last visit: 1. I asked when I dropped the car off and when I spoke to the service tech on the phone i Disappointed about two specific things at my last visit: 1. I asked when I dropped the car off and when I spoke to the service tech on the phone if there were any deals or sales on tires. Both said no. The said the prices are already low. I had received an email from the dealership about tire rebates. When I picked up the car, I asked the cashier if there were any tires deals. Again, third time and third person, I was told that the prices are at the lowest levels and there are no sales or deals. I asked about the email explaining the rebates. She said, ok and gave me the paperwork for a $75 rebate on the four new tires I purchased that qualified. That is incredibly disappointing! 2. When I spoke to the tech on the phone, he told me I needed new front brakes. We talked about how it was covered under my service plan. When I arrived to pay, the price on my sales sheet was $600+\- more than i expected. I asked to review the invoice. My brake work was being charged. I stated that I had a service plan which covers the work. The cashier talked to a manager and then took off the cost. This is again very disappointing. While the service work itself on the car was fine, there is clearly an ethical shortcoming in the service desk, the service desk is clearly not focused on details or customers. More

Fast, Efficient, Friendly Had a 9am appointment. Service area was very busy, so they gave me free loaner. They finished before noon and didn’t mind that I took until 2pm to pic Had a 9am appointment.
