People in service center feels to be tired of there job Took the car second time to replace the part which they didn’t have. I believe the dealership is getting paid on service scheduled from manufacturer and don’t really care if they need to do it twice what can be done right the first time. Girls on the phone sound not happy and tired of there job. They telling you one thing and completely different thing happens in the end. People pay good money for those cars and I believe they deserve the better treatment. Overall experience was like it’s a Kia dealership More
