It took me less than 30 minutes to get the deal I wanted on my trade and the new one - easy, no hassle and very, very deep discount. I price shopped 3 BMW dealers within 75 mile radius, but made it a point to make the deal here. The reason I bought here (pricing aside) is the service manager Andi Glassmyer (andig@1800thompson.com). Andi helped me a few years ago by resolving a service issue on my X5 diesel at the time. Andi may not even remember it now, but the way she handled it left a lasting impression. Hopefully this review makes it to the owners and they recognize Andi for the way she represents this organization. More

I had an excellent experience at the Thompson BMW service center. They have very comfortable waiting rooms, which I fortunately did not have to sit in for too long.
