The review is for Lexus in Willow Grove I asked for my senior discount when I checked in and was told that (Bill Lind) wanted to give me a different discount. When I got home and checked my I asked for my senior discount when I checked in and was told that (Bill Lind) wanted to give me a different discount. When I got home and checked my bill, there was no discount. I called and he said he would give me the $95 credit, however weeks later it still had not showed up on my account. I called and he said “Iforgot” for the second time. I had to call the service manager to get the discount. Also, I had a full inside and outside detail done plus some buffing and painting on my bumper. The carpets were supposed to be cleaned. The drivers carpet was about 4 times dirtier than when I brought it in. When I mentioned this to Bill he just shrugged. The car had been taken up to the detailing for an estimate the previous week and I was given a price of $350, however I was charged $400. When I asked why, again he didn’t know. More
